ABOUT EUPHEMIA:

Euphemia, (gender pronouns: they/them) is a somatic and pleasure coach, facilitator, and author.

They offer somatic and embodiment practices to resource their clients’ pleasure practices and habits through deep and disarmingly dorky ways. Meanwhile, they are always imperfectly in-process with their own pleasure, embodiment, and collective liberation practices.

They feel most aligned to purpose when they support people in experiences of attunement to the body’s subtleties, slow pleasure rituals, people-pleasing and appeasing social conditioning, broadening embodied choices, realising and articulating desires, embodying power and autonomy, and chronic pain.

They are of Scottish descent, born a settler on unceded Kulin Nation lands (AKA Melbourne, Australia), and a recent migrant to Lisjan Ohlone land on Turtle Island (AKA Oakland, California). They hold the identities and experiences of being white, queer non-binary, able-bodied, and born middle-class, and a trauma survivor.

Euphemia is trained and certified in sex-positive education, sexual violence counselling, somatic coaching, trauma-informed facilitation, and has a background in Community Cultural Development.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long do I have access to this workshop? You have access for one year from purchase.

Are there physical demonstrations? There are no physical demonstrations included in this course. This is a clothes-on workshop with no live demonstrations.

Why do you use the language “giver and receiver”? It helps to decouple our assumed links between assigned sex and giving or receiving.
The language and examples I use are purposefully gender-inclusive, never using assigned sex language like ‘female’ or ‘male’. Assigned sex (determined by hormones, chromosomes and genitals) don’t decide someone’s gender (woman, non-binary, man, or others).

I’m interested to join, but feel nervous. Should I still join? Totally fair and normal you feel nervous! It’s the most natural response as talking and sharing about pleasure is still radical. If you have questions before joining, e-mail me at: euphemia@iwishyouknew.net.

Is this supportive for me if I experience trauma? My facilitation and work is trauma-informed and I'm a trained sexual violence counselor. However, I'm not a therapist. If you think you need direct support for your trauma as you explore embodiment I suggest do coaching session with me, or finding a therapist to support you in tandem with this work.

I require subtitles to learn, are they included? Not at this stage, but I am in the process of adding them. Please e-mail me through the contact page if you have any other questions about accessibility.

Can all genders sign up? Yeah absolutely! All my work and offerings are for people of all gender identities and bodies.

Is it possible to get a refund if I change my mind? There are no refunds on this product.

I’m not yet 18 years old, can I buy this product? Sadly not, this is strictly for adults over 18.
